Empower content creators with Foleon workspaces
How can you ensure that everyone working in the shared space has the right access and finds the assets meant specifically for their use? Foleon provides a solution for this: workspaces and user roles. With workspaces, you can assign specific users and their content to separate Foleon environments. It's perfect for companies with multiple teams or departments each creating content.
Workspaces give you more security and complete control over who has access to what. Combined with user roles and permissions, you'll no longer have to worry about rogue content in Foleon. By giving each team their own workspace and assigning user roles and permissions, you can safely provide Foleon access to a large number of people — empowering them to create content on their own. 💡 In the Foleon editor, workspaces are also known as teams.

Allocate permissions with user roles
By setting up your Foleon users, you can manage who has access to your account and what their role in the editor is. Depending on your package, Foleon provides five roles that let you assign permission to your users: Admin Admin has complete access to the platform, all created content, and control over account-related settings. Publisher Publisher has full access to projects and Docs, theme, canvas, and templates, but can’t manage account-related settings.
Editor Editor has full access to themes and canvas can create projects and Foleon Docs, but can’t (un)publish or delete content. Designer Designer has full access to theme and templates, and can create projects and Foleon Docs, but can't (un)publish or delete content. Reviewer Reviewer has full access to Review Mode and can therefore preview Foleon Docs within a workspace. Reviewers can't create, edit, or delete content.
