Imagine if you could empower every person in your company to create the content they need to succeed and give them the guardrails to avoid messing anything up. Creating on-brand, top-notch Foleon Docs is easy with the help of themes and templates.

"I've saved tons of work and time using the Foleon platform. With templates and theme controls, others in our company can create the content they need, leaving me with more time to focus on our brand and less time checking their work." - Vincent van der Laan Creative Director at Foleon

Stay on-brand with theme settings

Each Foleon Doc also has its own theme. This is where you set global styling that applies to the entire Doc. You can pre-format and save stylistic elements like fonts, buttons, and text links, and use them throughout your Foleon Doc. These styles will automatically be applied to all content within a Foleon Doc and can be overridden on the element level. The theme of the last created Doc in a project will also automatically copy over to a new Foleon Doc.

Tip: It's possible to set a custom theme for tablet and mobile view modes.

Templates save time and guard quality

You can save pages, overlays, and blocks as templates so you can reuse them in your Foleon Docs. Templates will help you to save time and stay on-brand. Templates allow everyone in your company to easily create beautiful Foleon Docs in no time — without jeopardizing quality.

Tip: Make sure templates are responsive before sharing them with your team.

Share media and templates across teams

With the “share” function, you can easily give access to certain media and templates across workspaces.

Shared media library You organize your images, videos, and documents in the media library. As an admin or designer in the main team, you can share specific folders across all workspaces. This ensures all teams can create on-brand content while saving time. You can share brand assets account-wide so they can be used in all Foleon Docs, regardless of the workspace.

Shared templates You can save pages, overlays, and blocks as templates to reuse them in your Foleon Docs. As an admin or designer in the main team, you can share specific templates across all teams. If you use a shared template, you'll ensure your Foleon Docs are on-brand with approved content. It also enables you to work more independently, with less review time from your brand owner.
